Family: Body more or less triangular to spatulate; tapered, round-tipped pseudopods.
Genus: Clear pseudopods, formed from clear anterior, more or less broad margin (Illustrated Guide, 1985).
Group I: Subpseudopodia, digitiform cones. (b: Long conical subpseudopodia)
Species: 70-100 μm; numerous short pseudopodia; usually no crystals (Page, 1976).This group is recently moved to a new genus Korotnevella Goodkov, 1988
