Chlamydomonas Species: Cell body broad ellipsoidal, 19-26 μm long, 14-22 μm wide; an elongated stigma located at equatorial side; a pyrenoid at the center of the cell body; a nucleus anterior; papilla present, with flattened apex (Süßwasserflora von Mitteleuropa 9, Chlorophyta I, 1983).
