A point of cultivation
Healthy seedlings have flat cotyledons with no wounds. They also have a well-regulated form and a stout (short and thick) stem.
Even if they aren't completely healthy in those three ways, they can be brought up by careful attention.
You will have good experiences, I say, if you devise how you can bring up such seedlings well, or if you can observe differences in growth.
Give the plants enough water every morning. Pour the water calmly at the base of the plant, so that the water does not splash on the leaves.
