Family: Pseudostome terminal, of variable shape.
Genus: Pseudostome lacks lobed collar; test round or oval in cross-section; pseudostome relatively large, with or lacking a collar (Illustrated Guide, 1985).
Species: 220-300 μm long; 50-60 μm diam.; test, outline like dagger, nearly cylindroid; pseudostome nearly as wide as test, 30-40 μm, no neck, no collar (Illustrated Guide, 1985).
