Saccamoeba lucens Species: Monopodal, 75-125 μm; pseudopods, more or less eruptive; uroid, temporary, of gnarled filaments, 10-15 μm long; ectoplasm smooth; nucleus spherical 14 μm with endosome distinct 8 μm (Illustrated Guide, 1985).
