Mayorella leidyi Genus: Clear pseudopods, formed from clear anterior, more or less broad margin (Illustrated Guide, 1985).
Group II: Subpseudopodia, broadly based mammilliform or nearly hemisperical pyramids. (a: Pseudopods triangular to mammilliform; cell body more or less tubular; locomotive more than 100 μm)
Species: 100-200 μm; L/B to 3; 2 or more pairs of mamilliform pseudopodia from anterior end; short pseudopodia protruding downward from anterior end; 3 or 4 longer, more slender pseudopodida from upper surface of anterior 1/3 of amoeba; no radiate floating form; nucleus 11-12 μm (Page, 1976).
