Clathrulina elegans Genus: Body fills porous siliceous envelope, a pseudopodium (axopodium) through each pore; on a stalk (How to know the protozoa, 1979). Organic capsule with polygonal pores; cell body near the capsule; colonial or single (Illustrated Guide, 1985).
