Difflugia mammilaris Genus: Pseudostome lacks lobed collar; test round or oval in cross-section; pseudostome relatively large, with or lacking a collar (Illustrated Guide, 1985).
Species: Size, 90-130 μm long; 30-45 μm wide; Test, long-oval, with nipple-like extention at base; clear chitinoid, imbedded siliceous particles; pseudostome, oval, 20-30 by 15-20 μm (Illustrated Guide, 1985).
