Dolium sedentarium Larsen & Patterson, 1990: Cell body vase-shaped, 40-47 μm long, 20-24 μm wide, slightly flattened, narrowing posteriorly where it attached to the substrate, slightly flared anteriorly, rigid; six prominet, longitudinal ridges extending the length of the cell; two flagella, but only one emerging; phagotrophic (Larsen & Patterson, 1990).
