cells attached to each other at dorsal surface; a chloroplast curved plate-like, with a

Species: Cell body gradually tapered forming sharply pointed ends, 16-38 μm long, 5-8 μm wide, distances between apices 5-25 μm (Photocmicrographs of the Freshwater Algae, vol. 2, 1984). |
