Cochliopodium actinophorum Genus: Tectum flexible, punctate, spiny or folded; body mound-like in locomotion; pseudopods clear, conical, under or through tectum (Illustrated Guide, 1985).
Species: 14-80 μm in locomotion, usually 24-55 μm; tectum clearly visible; pseudopodia rarely produced; often many trailing filaments (Page, 1976).
