Steinia Genus: Elongate, narrowed posteriorly to form a pointed tail; dorsoventrally flattened; AZM small, 1/4 body length; marginal cirri confluent posteriorly; two macronuclei (Carey, 1992). Body may have tail; one or more frontoventral cirri; postoral cluster of 3 cirri present (Illustrated Guide, 1985).
