Rhabdostyla Genus: Similar to Epistylis; but solitary with a non-contractile stalk; numerous species (Kudo, 1966). Attached to Cyclops, Cypris, other copepods in fresh water (How to know the protozoa, 1979).
Species: Cell body 28 μm long (Kahl, 1930).
