dorsal side with either similar trichocyst-border or with trichocyst-warts (Kudo, 1966).

upper surface domed, lower pleated; a flattened band on both sides of cell; trichocysts only in the oral region;
a single macronucleus; a single contractile vacuole posterior (Carey, 1992).
