Litonotus anguilla (Kahl, 1930) (Syn. Lionotus anguilla Kahl, 1930): Elongate with long curving neck and pointed tail; spiral contorsions; 150-160 μm long; longitudinal kineties from pole to pole not converge; a single contractile vacuole posterior; a macronucleus consisting of two parts (two mac.?) with an intercalated micronucleus (Carey, 1992).
