Generally one flower per peduncle, but 2, 3, 4 flowers per peduncle considerably. Terminal flower in this photograph is on the day before flowering; flower buds at left and right and a small flower bud at left; thus four flowers per peduncle. (590-4 2001.10.9 photo by YY)
