1 A pistil and a stamen in a flower bud one day before opening. The anther of a stamen becomes big, too. The pistil is taller than the stamen.
2 The head of this pistil is irregular. There is no pollen on it.
3 You can see clearly the pollen stuffed in the anther. The anther is broken and the pollen comes out before the flower opens.

Let's watch a pistil and stamens in a flower
Inside the flower, there is a pistil in the center surrounded by 5 stamens. If you watch carefully, you may find something like white powder on the tip of a stamen. This is pollen shed from the anther (pollen sac). Here, we see pollen spread over a petal. Let's observe a tip of a pistil with a magnifying glass.
