A strain with mustache flowers and red corolla. In the mustache flowers of Ipomoea purpurea, extra petal-like structures develop on the outside of a petal. In flowers with a high degree of mustache, the petals split, presenting beautiful blooming in double. However, as the stamens and pistil are normal, the mustache flowers have fertility. This point differs from the duplicated (double) flowers of Ipomoea nil.
